NxAI Ask · Data Portal · Knowledge
From a business question
to an authorized answer
The starting point is the business context: who is asking, which project is selected and which sources that person may use
1. Establish the context
Organizations, users, projects and data sources define the scope. Agents and queries operate within the access configured for that user.
2. Make business definitions explicit
Query Studio and project definitions organize read queries, views, metrics and dimensions. The Data Portal presents the published context, so a question can be understood against shared definitions.
3. Ask and clarify
NxAI Ask interprets a business question and can return query results, tables and charts. If the period or definition is ambiguous, the system can request clarification instead of treating a guess as a result.
4. Add grounded knowledge
Specialist agents use linked document collections. Retrieved sources can be cited in the response. Corrections submitted through feedback require administrator review before being added as knowledge.
5. Inspect the answer in its context
Check the selected source, published rules and data reference before using the result. Pulse and WhatsApp provide additional ways to explore the authorized project; capabilities depend on the configured source and agent.
